Individual Sizes
Many of our items fit the standard UK sizing. These generally range from UK 8 to UK 22.Some items also use the sizing small, medium and Large (information on the sizes covered will be within a products description).
One Size
Many of our items are ‘one size’. This means that they will fit a range of people’s size. With our one size items, depending on your size, they may create an oversized or a more fitted look. Within an items description there will be guidance on the size range. Please note, this is our opinion and should only be used as a guide.
Footwear
Our footwear ranges from a UK size 3 to UK size 8. Please read the product description to find out if a footwear item is true to size.

Models
Our clothes are modelled by Karen and Katie who are both UK size 12s and 5ft 5 and 5ft 6.5 respectively.
Deliveries
We send out all parcels using the Royal Mail Tracked service.
UK Standard Delivery
- Express Delivery : £5.50 - Aim: 1 Working Day*
- Standard Delivery : £4 - Aim: 2 Working Days*
- International Delivery: £20 and 5-20 Working Days*
*From dispatch. We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving.
Please calculate all delivery services in working days, our courier does not deliver on national/bank holidays nor will orders be dispatched on these days.
International Orders, Please note you may need to pay duty and taxes when items arrive depending on your country/cost of you order. All items are shipped from the UK
We do not ship to BFPO or PO Box addresses.
Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay via email using the details given when placing the order.
We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

Click and Collect
We offer a free Click and Collect service that allows you to collect your online order in store during our opening hours (at the top of our home page and Facebook page). Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be ready. After placing your order, you will be sent an email/ SMS notification when it is ready to collect. Please collect from the shop within 7 days.

Returns
We hope you love your purchases from us, however should you need to make a return, please read the information below.
We are happy to refund products returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of purchase, items returned after this will NOT be accepted. We do NOT cover return postage costs for unwanted items, it is therefore your responsibility to pay for a suitable return postage, ensuring this will arrive within the 14 days.
We advise using a tracked and signed service and keeping your proof of postage/tracking until you have received your refund. You will be given a refund via the original payment method providing the item(s) meets our returns policy and this will be processed within 7 days. Please note this will not include the cost of the original postage. Please complete and include your returns note which is downloadable here.
Returns Policy
We are unable to accept returns of the following:
- Cosmetics
- Pierced earrings
- Make up, fake tan or deodorant marks/stains.
- Significant signs of wear - the item may be out of shape or marked.
- Tags are no longer attached.
- The item is scented with odour - this includes bodily odour, deodorant and perfume.
- We suspect the item has been washed or tampered with.
- The item is damaged in any way which is not a fault - i.e torn.
WHEN TRYING ON ITEMS: When trying any item you may need to return, please ensure you are not wearing make-up, fake tan or anything else which may mark or stain the item. Please handle with care, ensuring the item is not damaged in any way. After reading our policy, please ensure your item meets our requirements before returning.
Faulty / Damaged Goods
If items turn out to be faulty, customers have up to 30 days after receiving the order to obtain a full refund. We will not be held liable for any faults caused by negligence by customers for example, but not limited to, pulls, general wear and tear, loss of buttons and any fault caused by not following care instructions. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.
For any faulty items, we require photographic evidence immediately on delivery clearly showing the fault. Please send these photos via our contact page. The returned item will be inspected and if the item is deemed faulty, we are happy to cover the cost of the postage for the return up to the cost of £4
